• Akad kredit KPR Niaga tanggal 19 september 2007 so Insya Allah selesainya kelak 19 september 2022
• Uang Muka I : 13.725.500, Uang Muka II : 5.505.500, BPHTB 8.220.000, Renovasi penambahan bangunan Rp 2.000.000 per meter x 9.5 meter total 19.000.000
• Biaya akad kredit 6.301.300, Notaris, 2.225.000, Booking Fee 2.000.000, NPWP pribadi 300.000 Total 10.826.300
• Warna rumahku ternyata ijo, salah satu warna favoritku sih hehe. Di Emerald yg kebetulan di belakang kantor pemasaran so gak terlalu jauh dari mobil umum, gak usah ngojek deh. Di Emeral untuk klosetnya jg pake yg duduk, kamar mandinya kering, itu juga salah satu impianku hehe. gak usah ada acara nguras bak. Salah satu kerjaan yg malas kukerjakan. Karena kita dapet yg tipe 30, booking feenya cuma 2 juta, untuk listriknya kita cuma 1.300 watt, itu cukup buat kita. Pass...sedikit banyak cocok ama mimpiku.
• Materai kurang lebih 100.000
• Ay nitip beli materai ama widya 120.000 ke kantor pos wisma AKR, tapi giliran mau dipake ayu lupa naruhnya terpaksa deh beli materai ama notarisnya hehehe. Beberapa waktu setelah itu malah ketemu, sesekali dipake sih materainya tapi karena kebanyakan ay jual ke Rena, di lantai I Graha Arteri Mas.
• Ay pasang teralis 130.000 per lubang. Pertama pesennya 6 lubang sth dipikir lagi hanya 3 lubang yg penting karena untuk jendela yg di dalam sepertinya tidak perlu.
• Untuk korden kita beli di jalan margonda, abisnya kira2 650.000. ijo, kta sesuaikan dengan warna rumahnya

tanggal 16 Jun '08 ayu mulai kerja di kantor baru di Cawang. Lumayan lebih deket sih daripada kantor lamaku yang ada di daerah kebon jeruk, jakarta barat.
Ay mempunyai mimpi baru setelah pindah di kantor baru. Ayu berharap kantorku yang baru lebih kondusif dari kantor lama. Mr. Choi, bossku di kharisma sih lumayan baik untuk ukuran boss, ayu gak ada masalah ama dia. Motivasiku yang utama sih ya...lebih deket aja dari rumahku so ada sped waktu lebih untuk anakku. Ayu bisa lebih nyantai di rumah. Kalo pagi gak terlalu buru2, bisa ke pasar dulu, masak n makan pagi di rumah. Pulangpun bisa lebih nyantai. Walo di kantor lama bisa pul lebih siang tapi karena jaraknya yang memang lebih jauh so ayu nyampe rumahpun agak malam. Ayu juga gak terlalu kecapekan terjebak kemacetan.
tapi itu mungkin gak akan lama karena Ayu akan secepatnya pindah ke Depok ke My home sweet home. tapi itu juga masih lebih dekat daripada ke Kebon jeruk hehehe.

• Ayu ke kantor Permata senayan tanggal 6 Februari 2007 berangkat agak pagi karena Ayu harus mengurus DPKK Mr. jang ke BNI Mayestik. Ayu gak bareng suami, ujan, jalanan macet, naik metromini 76, penuh banget. Ayu berdiri di deket sopir. banjir, lampu merah banyak yang mati so macetnya parah banget. Masa Ay mpe kantor jam 10 lebih.
• 24 Mei 2007, ayu ke Kedoya sendiri, naik Debora 1'st time. Turun di depan Apartemen Kedoya.
• pindahan dari kantor Apartemen kedoya elok ke Graha Arteri Mas, 29 Juni 2007
• 16 Agustus 2007, ayu libur 3 hari lho hehehe
• 21 Agustus 2007, Sahri keluar kerja dari Kharisma.
• 15 Januari 2008, widya keluar kerja dari Kharisma.
• 13 Juni 2008, Ay keluar dari Kharisma.
